Setting Up of a new Law Firm

I wanted to set up my own law firm. I submitted my application to the SRA for authorisation, but they came back with lots of questions including the rejection the PII quote which was not from a participating insurer. I wasn’t able to get advice and did not know where to turn until I contacted Ingemar at HCL. I previously attended one of his LEAP training and found him to be helpful so I thought that he would be a good person to fearlessly and openly bounce ideas. We had a chat and he quickly took hold of the situation. He helped me write a Business Plan, obtain a quote for PII and then answer all the other questions from the SRA. He wasn’t expensive. His service was exceptional. I did not know how to proceed, but he quickly caught hold of the issues and directed the ship to safety. He also provided me with my Office Procedures Manual and general advice on running my firm.  Would recommend him to anyone thinking about setting up their own law firm.
